In 1995, Atlanta's Traditional Okinawan
Karate-do Dojo had its first blackbelt test. Mark Snepp and Scott
Schwahn both tested and received their Shodans (1st-degree blackbelts).
As part of the test, Mr. Moeller and the students in the picture that were
not testing performed an extensive demonstration. To commemorate
this event and thank the students for their participation, Mr. Moeller
presented each of these advanced students with a jacket containing a silk
screen of the school logo on the front. From left to right, it shows
Kent Watkins, Mark Taylor, Scott Schwahn, Mark Snepp, and Mark Moeller,
with Julia Scodeller and Chip Abernathy in the front row.
